Need help on picking new software.

Post by Wild »

I’m looking for video editing software that will let me save my files out as 720p files (1024X720 or what ever the actual res is). All of my source material will be pictures and video made with 3D software and will be played back on 720p projectors via a PC. So will Video Studio 10 work for this or is this software only HD in the fact that it can read HD files and them scales them back?

Thanks

Thanks but they still don’t give the specs, can you save at 480i, 720p or 1080i? They flash around the HD all over the place but without the specs to back it up I’m not sold. I found with a competitor’s product that they were doing the same thing and still the max video out was 745X whatever. If someone has the time would you check you’re save options when you go to finish your project and see what the max resolution you can save your video is?

Thanks,

VS 10+ can convert high definition video files to any format such as 1280x720p or 1920x1080, etc. It can also use third-party codecs such as Divx, Xvid, ... See High Definition Tutorial - it will provide more detail http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic.php?t=13872
