Well, you can wait for the upcoming Avid Tookit HD/BD solution. The Toolkit is going to be released for Xpress Pro 5.5 and Media Composer 2.5 users. It should cost $1,999.
It will probably have more of the HD/BD Specs...
I am assuming that Ulead will release HD burning patches as things are sorted out with HD/BD burning and licensing issues (and actual burners/media hit the market).
For now, you can still create the HD-DVD Folders, and burn them to disc (although I don't know if there are any unknown issues with burning HD to DVD5 discs)...

I am sure that this has been covered before... Authoring HD.
Ulead disabled the ISO and the Blue Ray features on their current versions of MF5, they did it because the format for HD DVD and Blue Ray haven't been finalized yet, even though there are HD DVD players available. The note on the web site for Movie Factory 5 and Video Studio 10 is that there will be a burning pack available in the future.
