Arrange | Send to Back Shortcut

I can never get Ctrl+Alt+Down(arrow) to send an object to the bottom of the object stack. Alt+Down(arrow) works fine and I can eventually get the object to the bottom but the program indicates there is a shortcut as stated above.

I do not know why but Ulead left-out the ability to change shortcut keys. The best you can do it reinstall and hope the key function comes back in use. Or, go to MyWorkSpace/Customize/tab Command/under Menu: Objects, under Command: Arrange Order/Send to Back. Highlight the Send to Back and drag a copy of the Click button onto the Command Menu for quick access.

Thanks for the reply. This is a functionality that doesn't/hasn't worked for me across computers, installations, and versions. Either I have very bad luck in this little way or it is just something broke in PhotoImpact.

Reinstall for this, I don't think so. I know a hundred ways to get this job done but it would be nice to do it with one little shortcut like the program says it can be done.
