EMERGENCY: any help would be appreciated

Post by greenapple »

This video for school is due tomorrow and the sound is not working on my video clips. I loaded video on my computer from my sony handycam just like I always do. The files come up in windows media player format and play just fine with sound and everything using windows media or anything else. Then I add the video to ulead video studio as usual but the clips now have no sound to them. I have done the same thing a few billion times and there have been no problems...Are there any reasons why this would be happening. I have tried everything obvious I believe and there is nothing obviously wrong. Why would the clips play with sound on all other programs except ulead video studio? I am desperate for any help and I would really appreciate anything. Thank you so much.

Not sure how much experience you have with VS, but you can also verify that the "mute" is turned off in VS.
iMac AIO (late 2012)
Windows 7 (bootcamp)
VS Pro X3
8gb RAM
1 - 1TB HD
1 - 120 SSD
1 - 2TB External HD
Panasonic DVC-30
