DVDs from Picturestoexe files

I am difficulties in consistency with my free trial down loaded Ulead DVD movie factory3. I am using files generated in PTX (ver 4.30). I find then when it does work (about 50%) it is very slow i.e. about 1h to transfer information and burn the DVD. The other 50% of the time it 'Hangs'. Also the options button and other controls are very slow to repond. I have also tried to add 3 PTE files but this also hangs during transfer of information for burning.

Don't know about your hang issues but if the files your using (you don't mention what type of file) are not consistent with your ouptut it can take a long time. Just for an example on my machine which is 3ghz P4 with 1gig of ram converting a DV-AVI to DVD compliant MPEG requires about about one hour fro each hour of source video. That is only if it's straight transfer without any filters, lot of transitions etc. applied.
