VideoStudio 10 Plus - Chapters

I am about to enter the wonderful (I hope) world of editing video on my PC. I have a question re Ulead VS10+, can I create a DVD which has chapters that are just like those on a purchased movie DVD, ie. play the whole movie uninterrupted, or choose to start from a nominated chapter number which then plays the rest of the movie uninterrupted?
I have read reviews that indicate this is not available with VS10+.

Yes, and not to difficult to create.
