Batch Crop to 16:9 aspect ratio?

Is there any way of batch cropping a group of pictures to a 16:9 aspect ratio for use in widescreen video? It's easy enough to do one frame at a time, and as far as I can tell the batch functions will not work when trying to crop a group of photos in the same exact specifications, ie at exactly the same relative position on each picture in the sequence. I have both photoimpact 5 and 10.
