Failed to Open mpeg Encoder

Getting this message from making a dvd ntsc from DV (avi) files. Someone fixed it by comparing the uvs.ini in the 7.0 to the 8.0....

I am using 8.0

anyone have a working uvs.ini file for me to compare

one thing that seems to have fixed it i did was change the audio from LMPCM to MPEG audio in the project properties setting.... not sure if this willl be the permanent fix

Anyone else find a way so I can use the other audio settting instead of mpeg audio for dvd nstc and get rid of the "failed to open mpeg encoder"

how does everyone's uvs.ini look for vs8.0
