Burning DVDs from Piturestoexe files

I am difficulties in consistency with my free trial down loaded Ulead DVD movie factory3. I find then when it does work (about 50%) it is very slow i.e. about 1-2h to transfer information and burn the DVD. The other 50% of the time it 'Hangs'. Also the options button and other controls are very slow to repond. I have also tried to add 3 PTE files but this also hangs during burning.
