Can't UNinstall Cool3D demo

Gang,

I purchased Cool3D but it won't let me install it since the demo is currently installed. However, I can't get the demo to uninstall. There is not an uninstall in the menu, and I get nothing when I use Windows uninstaller in the Control Panel.

Calling Tech Support takes forever, so I was hoping someone knew where I could get the info need to do a manual uninstall.

Got it solved. I downloaded the trial again and ran it. It completely uninstalled what was there before and the non-trial ran fine.

Just thought I would post in case someone else had similar problems.
