After clicking on the TT, click on the drop down menu, and selecting User Defined activates the Pause/Duration (also known as Trim Handles) below the preview screen. Dragging them to the sides alters the amount of Fade-In/Fade-Out time. The longer the Blue Bar, the longer the display duration.
