Titles: fade on and off

Is there a way to fade a title on and off in ver9

When editing your title, select the Animation tab, select Apply Animation, select Fade, and choose the style of fade you want, then customize it by clicking on the button with the two Ts. Select Crossfade, this will fade the title in and out.

To add to THoff's reply,

After clicking on the TT, click on the drop down menu, and selecting User Defined activates the Pause/Duration (also known as Trim Handles) below the preview screen. Dragging them to the sides alters the amount of Fade-In/Fade-Out time. The longer the Blue Bar, the longer the display duration.
