ERROR WITH VIDEO STUDIO 10 PLUS
Hello to everyone, I have a problem with the video studio 10. Actually the problem is that after I have installed and try to run it, a message that says: Video studio 10 plus has encountered a problem and has to close, we are sorry for the inconvenience... so I have to close it down. What can I do?

That's a Windows problem, not Video Studio. That kind of message is usually the results of a DLL not pre-loaded or a registry key not set right.
Did you reboot after the install, sometimes that's all it takes.
If you reboot and still have the problem, reinstall.
I would at least try that before anything else.

alexI,
Fill out your system profile please.
You posted in another thread also.
Many things can generate this error.
Incompatible video/audio drivers.
Bad installation of DirectX 9.0c
I would start by re-installing Directx9.0c software. That is the windows multi-media interface drivers for the programs.
Then make sure to have the latest audio drivers for your audio card.
Then make sure to have the latest video drivers for your video card.
If that doesn't work, try the software on a different machine.
If the same occurs on another machine you may have a bad download of the program and should re-download it again.

It has been my experience that you can ignore the message. Just move the box out of the way and save your project or just continue working. That message has never not allowed me to continue editing.
