Can you play clips in reverse?

Hi I just read a Thread about being able to play clips back in reverse, I could not find the thread either. Can you do that?
Also another question is there any web-sites with extra plug-ins for UVS8?

If you don't mind being a little adventurous and feel up to experimenting a little, there are tools to help you do a lot more things than VS8 allows you to. There is AVISynth, a script based frameserver. You may read more about it on www.avisynth.org. Then there is Virtualdub, a video editing tool that produces AVI files - it does not have encoder but there are plenty of tools to improve and enhance your footage. It can be found at www.virtualdub.org.

I have tried these and the results are fascinating.
