WHY I DO NOT SEE THE CREATE DISK ICON IN VISUALSTUDIO SE BASIC 7.01.0200? THERE IS A DVD IN THE BURNER, IT IS CONNECTED AND ALL IS OK. I CAN NOT CREATE DVD WITH THIS PROBLEM. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND.

I presume you mean VIDEOSTUDIO
It is quite possible that your version of UVS cannot burn a disc, all SE versions are crippled in some way as they are usually supplied free with some hardware, The most common disablement seems to be the ability to Create discs.
You should be able to create a video file which you can then import into a disc burning programme like Nero or Roxio to create a disc
If you want to do it all in VIDEOSTUDIO you need to purchase the full version
