PI XL SE from 1&1 and publishing

Hi there,
i need some help please

i got pi xl se with my 1&1 Hosting Package.

i made a web page with pi and try to publish but get the error message
"Web Publishing not installed" [800:78:461] ... i did under helper program put in Net Objekt Fusion 8 instead of FP 2003 "cause NOF 8 is what i got.

at what point i'm wrong,should i instead of NOF 8 as helper program use my ftp program in this case wise ftp?
