Does anyone know a copyright free Eula? I am going to produce a commercial video-DVD and need such an end-user license agreement.

Creative Commons Licenses are Some-Rights-Reserved licenses and you can find a license called Creative Commons - Attribution - No Derived might fit your needs.
I have a friend who is a famous music producer in Taiwan used this license to release his music albums in Asia.
