I am going to produce a music DVD with about 3 GB in size. The original sound tracks I use are in LPMC-audio. Since I do not have any space problem shall I leave the music in LPMC-audio-format or is it advisable to convert it to Dolby-Digital AC-3 audio? Which is the best format for most of the DVD standalone players?

All players are required to play LPCM and Dolby AC3.Which is the best format for most of the DVD standalone players?
PAL players can also play MPEG audio. (There may have been a time when AC3 was optional on PAL players. So, some older PAL players may not play AC3.)
AC3 is lossy compression, and LPCM is uncompressed. So, LPCM should be better, but AC3 sounds darn good to me!
I assume you have a stereo track... LPCM is stereo only. AC3 can be up to to 5.1 surround.
