I am now using VS 9 and am considering upgrading to VS 10 and have several questions:
Checking the ULead website still did not give me the answers.
- Since I am now using VS 9, do I buy the "Upgrade" Physical CD & Manual? I assume that by upgrade it meant upgrading from VS 9 to VS 10 Plus. So I don't need to buy the full version?

You are correct, you can buy the upgrade, since you have VS9. I would also opt for VS10 Plus, over VS10. Putting aside all the HD hoopla, one reason is the 5.1 Dolby, and the main reason 6, count them, 6 overlay tracks.. That gives you a total of 7 video tracks. VS10 just has the customary 1 overlay track.
