Error - Failed to record data to the disc - during Slideshow

Post by Jill_Standish »

I am receiving the following error when I try to burn a slideshow dvd with Ulead DVD MovieFactory:

"Failed to record data to the disc. Error: DVDR-DAO-SPTI-2A-02-03-0C-00"

Everything worked fine when I burned my first slideshow DVD yesterday. Now that I have made another slideshow, I keep receiving the error everytime I try to burn it. I am using the same blank DVDs, computer...everything. I have no idea what is causing this!

Please HELP!!!

Did you remember to disable your packet writing software.
Thats the software that enables you to drag and drop itmes from windows Explorer onto your CD/DVD drive as though it was a Hard Drive.

Nero InCD, Roxio Drag to Disc, Ulead Data-Add 2.0
or other similar software.

Complete the system spec in your forum user profile and fill the issue in the form in http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic.php?t=8960

Also please tell us your burner model, media type, media brand, DVDMF version and build number, and any other burning softwares you installed in the system. That would help a lot.
