Executable has been corrupted

Post by kimmie »

I succeeded in downloading the trial version of Photo Express 6, but when I try to install the programme by clicking the link downloaded I get the following message" the contents of this file cannot be unpacked. The executable you are trying to run has been corrupted. please obtain another copy of this file, verify it's integrity and try again" Before I buy this product I would like to try it. Any suggestions? :(

Did you do what the error message suggested? You need to download it again if the file is corrupted.

Try the download FAQ at http://www.ulead.com/tech/faq/download_faq.htm

Before that, start Internet Explorer and select Tools->Internet Options->General->Temparary Internet Files->Delete to clean up some temp files in the IE cache.

Hope this helps.

Please complete your system configuration in your user profile.

You can try to use some download accelerator such as GetRight or Free Download Manager to download the trial program.

If you have some zip tool (like WinZip) installed, try to unzip the downloaded exe file and run the unzipped file.

Hope this helps.
