Page settings wrong on Konica-Minolta 1350 printer

Ever since I got the Konica Minolta 1350 printer I have been unable to get letter sized or other standard sized pages to appear on Print Preview. For letter size I always get 4" x 11". The width is aways wrong so I cannot print full page with PhotoImpact. I also have a Canon i850 printer and all is fine there. I have used several versions of PhotoImpact with the same problem.
I have downloaded the latest drivers from Konica with the same result. PhotoImpact is the only program that gives me this problem so I suspect the problem is with PhotoImpact.

I have the same problem with my KONICA MINOLTA magicolor 2300W. PI shows the page with a false height and prints pictures only on the half of the page.

Alle other applications have no problem with the printer so it seams to be a bug in PI. I use PI 11 with the last patch.
