PhotoImpact 10 - How to --- 3D Rotate Method

Hi

Fairly new to PhotoImpact....
wondering how I use the Transform Tool - 3D Rotate Method

The Icon is included with the rest of the group...but it is faded, unable to click on to use.....

Spent time looking into pi 10 Help, website learning area & this forum....I cannot seem to locate "how to Turn on this feature"...
All I seem to find is how --->this feature can do this.....

Wondering if it is related to download or default preference overlook on my part. Comments very welcomed....

With the available buttons on the Attribute Toolbar, you can rotate an image, text, or path object by a specified number of degrees or freely move the object around its center. You can also easily straighten crooked images and even rotate them in 3D space.

You must convert images, objects, or text to a Path Object before the 3D Rotate will work. Remember PI is only a 2D Editor, so your results will not be a true 3D object. However, the feature makes for a nice distortion effect.

That was the missing piece for me.... convert to object....
Working on a mother's day card... and I'm soooo very pleased with this feature...thx greatly appreciated !! ~ ~ gem ~ ~
