corrupt VS10+ files

Post by rryles »

I've been trying to download the trial version of VideoStudio 10+. Everytime I try to extract I get a corrupt file message. Does anyone have a link to the trial version that is not corrupted?

Thanks.

Have either of you had any luck yet?

It is suggested that you use a download manager. I just forget and couldn't find quickly which one Steve from this site suggested but I used Flashget http://www.amazesoft.com/

Unfortunately that didn't work for me either. I still got the error message when I tried to open the file from Flashget.

I e-mailed Ulead last night about this problem and they sent me a file to download which worked. If you are still having trouble you may want to try that.

It is 10 days later, I've got the same problem. I guess it's time to email ulead directly, but you'd think they'd sort out that problem by now.

Don't count on it. I purchased VS9 about a month before 10 came out and it isn't working correctly either. I ordered the disks for VS9 and they ae pathetic.

I came across this link a couple of days ago

Perhaps you can give it a try and update this post with the result.

That link is for VS10, not, it seems, for 10+ which is the one all of us with VS9 are after.

But thanks anyway.

No, I don't think so. I clicked on the link provided at Download.com, and the purchase price is that for VS10+, not VS10.

Even though it says in the list of Ulead Programs, Video Studio 10, it appears to be for the Plus version... There is no Trial version of VS10. To test this, click to download it from Download.com. You don't have to actually download it. Jot down the file name. Then go to Ulead's website and see if there is a way to download VS10. The only TBYB version is of VS10+. The file names are the same by the way...

The ulead people replied to my email and sent me another link from the ulead site to download the VS10+ trial and I tried the link and it works.

Here is the link http://activity.ulead.com/autoreply/vs/ ... reply1.htm

Follow this link to the free downloads section and then download the trial from there.
