Is there a way to specify smart rendering for DVD burning?

I am able to find that when you produce a video file, you can choose Smart Rendering. But cannot seem to find the same setting when I am ready to burn DVD. Should I be able to do the same specification? Thanks.

Rendering should only happen when you are creating your video file. So Smart-Rendering does not apply to the DVD burn phase. However, be sure to set the BURN properties to DVD compliant settings (which should match your video file property settings) as specified in the top sticky post.
