HELP !!!!! DVD MOVIE FACTORY 5 KEEPS CRASHING

HELLO

Am new on here so please bear with me a have just got the DVD MOVIE FACTORY 5 and i think it is great for what i need it for but it keeps crashing on me all the time. Am on to my 10th edit now of the same thing and i nearly got to the burn disc stage pressed burn disc and yet again crashed everything else works great i would love to get to the end product please help is ther anything i can do to stop or prevent this from happening any information would be great look forward to hearing from anyone.

Please post your issues with the format in http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic.php?t=8960

Especially the properties of your source files and the version build number of your DVD MovieFactory. You can find the build number via Preference->About Ulead DVD MovieFactory in Ulead DVD MovieFactory Launcher or via Settings and Options->About Ulead DVD MovieFactory in Ulead DVD MovieFactory main program.

When Ulead products get crashed in editing or in converting step, it's usually related with the codec used in the source file.

All of my crashes (with various Ulead programs) have been caused by bad video files (MPEGs, in my case). It took me awhile to figure that out, since the "bad" files played-back OK.
