Hi, can anyone help me please? I'm trying to import/export video to my phone. VS10 can't see the phone, any idea what I'm doing wrong please?

I think you need special software to interface with your phone. If the phone didn't come with any software, try the phone-manufacturer's web site. Depending on the format your phone uses, Video Studio may be able to create/edit videos for your phone, but the transfer/interface may be another issue.
