Since you have the ESD (download) version, you will have to download the content packs. Go to the Tutorials Section of the forum. There you will find links for the content packs. This is much better then trying to use the Smart Download feature. Here's the link:

Bythe way, the file that has TBYB in it is the Try Before You Buy or trial version. The other is the main program.
