Hello,
Why is everytime I take screen captures from Windows Media Player Classic v6.4.9.0 (not from MS -- http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Med ... lassic.htm), Ulead SmartSaver Pro v3.0 shows it blue? The colors looked fine in Mozilla v1.7.13, Paint Shop Pro v8.10, etc.
I uploaded a zipped BMP file for you try if you want: http://www.filesunlimited.net/67a2da740 ... 6e98323449
Thank you in advance.

Now there is a good question indeed.
It did the same for me. I have no idea why, but this fix worked for me...
Open the bitmap in Windows Paint or IrfanView, and save a copy of it. Open the copy with SmartSaver. The colors should appear normal.
What happens if you take screen captures from another video player? Have you tried that yet?
