can't find the video filters ?

I can't find the video filters any where
I have the filters before and now there gone
I had this problem before and I use "Smart Downloads" and then I found all the filerts but
this time I use Video Studio + 10(Ipurchase the ESD (download) version and download the extra content)
I didnt have Boxed version
and thers no "Smart Downloads" or updates for Video Studio + 10
what do I do to find the filters?
