Thanks to those who tried to help me get VS10 Plus running on my machine. I do appreciate your time.
I've received an e-mail from Ulead's Techsupport which indicates they aren't willing to even talk with me about getting their software to run on my machine. I was willing to make hardware changes if needed or uninstall some of the other software on the machine if they would tell me what was causing a conflict. They essentially told me that they aren't interested in my business.
If I were in the market for a new car, went to a delaer to test drive the model I thought I wanted and couldn't get the car to run, I wouldn't buy the car in hopes that the dealer would make it run. I'd be looking for different car and a different dealer.
I'm off to continue my search.
Thanks again to the users who tried to assist me. And to anyone from Ulead, thanks for letting me know that you aren't interested in my business before I gave you any of my money.

"Question/Problem: I would like to buy a video editing app. I downloaded VS10 Trial. It fails to complete rendering. I would like to contact Tech Support but seem unable unless I register the product. I am not inclined to buy the product if the trial won't work and I would like to resolve the problem. I made a copy of the file generated when VS10 quit rendering. I can send this file and info about my computer if desired. Thank you for your help. Dave

I'm afraid that currently we cannot generate a solution if the problem relates with any trial version of our software. We only suggest to uninstall and reinstall the software or Install the trial program in another computer in case the problem has encountered.
Ulead offers no warranty or technical support for any trial programs. Ulead does provide a Web board service where you can get answers to your questions promptly.
