I'm having a problem creating a disk image from my current project.
It's a large project which takes hours to compile. I always burn to an image file first and then burn the actual DVD. However, when output is complete there is no iso.
I've done a complete file search of my system and it's definitely not creating the image file. I've tried several times now.
Has anyone else ever experienced this problem? It's definitely not a disk space issue, I have over 70Gb free and I defragged.
Any suggestions?
Burning disc image (iso) results in no file.
ISO Problem
Do you have the NTFS file system? An ISO file might be too large for the FAT32 system, but I would think you would get an error message before burning from the software.
Otherwise, I can't think of reason. Is it just this one project that has the problem?

is it there?
As mentioned, the NTFS vs. fat32 might be the problem (would the image be larger than 4gb)?
Can you do a search of your computer based on filesize, and then sort in descending filesize sequence to see if that shows anything?
Do you have the option to supress "known file extensions" turned on? maybe the ISO file extension is being supressed?

ISO file cannot be larger than 4GB.
If you burn to .IXB (the disc image file extension by Ulead) then you can save it more than 4GB on FAT32, but .IXB only can be read by Ulead programs.
Hope this helps.

Create Disc Image File Option Not Createing Image File (ISO)
I'm using DMF 4 and when I select the Create Disc Image File option the ISO file is not created. This worked flawlessly with DMF 2 & 3 (not 3.5 though) and I have successfully created ISO files over 4GB in size on an NTFS partition in the past with version 2 & 3. Am I missing something? I do not have an option to create anything other than an ISO file.

Sorry, I should explain it more clearly.
You cannot create ISO files larger than 4GB on FAT32 file system, NTFS is OK.
Hope this helps.
