Just delivered by UPS - my boxed VS10+ upgrade complete with 'Mini' manual - not bad only ordered 3 days ago.

Need to find time to install it now.

My upgrade VS10+ also arrived today and likewise, no time to play until next week. Dont know whether to re-install XP before installing VS 10.

Received this email message when I completed my order on May 3 :

"Ulead VideoStudio 10 Plus (Upgrade/Box) - English" is currently out of
stock, but your order has been processed. The product will be shipped to
you as soon as it is back in stock.

You will be notified via e-mail when the shipment has been sent out.

Haven't received notification that it has been shipped.

OK - found time to install from disc today - installed a treat - haven't checked everything out fully yet but so far everything appears to be as I expect it to be.

Only difference I found on install was that as well as asking me for the serial number of the new VS10+ I also had to put in the serial number of my previously owned version.

pleased I waited for the discs.

I ordered VS10+ last week (the wesite didn't stop me from purchasing due to being out of stock so I continued with the purchase) and got an email saying that I would be informed as to when it shipped.

I noticed this morning that money has been taken from my account but I have not received the product or an email to say it is on its way.

Is that right???
I didn't think they took any money before shipping commences.

I ordered the box full version of vs10+ on May 4th and today May 9th got an email that it has been shipped

Yes, mine was waiting for me when I got home! Installed easily in 15 minutes (had much trouble installing all the SmartSound tracks in VS9). Initially I had no sound from anything. But I closed then restarted VS10 and everything is working fine. Even loaded a project previously started in VS9, added some new clips, did some editing. Works great. I like the new look too, though it will take some getting used to.
