Hi

The timeline has two audio tracks, a voice track and a music track.
Select ‘timeline view’ third button up from left lower corner.

Copy the music to your hard drive
Click the folder option lower left and select insert audio---to music track—
Or
Click the audio tab at the top, insert your cd into the drive, use the left panel to select the track.

To ‘narrate’ voice over can be done by connecting a mic’ to your pc and use the record voice option in the left panel. (your record options on your pc have to be set to ‘mic-input’)

The volume can be adjusted in the left panel, highlight a clip in the timeline change the default 100% adjacent to the loudspeaker icon.

I do have to warn you though that if you are using someone elses music you may be guilty of copyright infringement - which *may* get you into trouble.

Brien,

Copyright infringement will only come into play if you receive a fee for your DVD.
