When you download, you get the version Ulead has online at that moment.
When I downloaded the MF5 trial, I also got 5.0.0000.0. From Ulead.
And that is the version I tested and has all the problems I reported.
There was, and is, no update available if you try and check for one.
So how the heck are WE supposed to know why and when we get a certain version?
It is OK to not allow installing patches on trial versions. But if I am not able to see any available fixes, then a decision to not purchase due to lacking fixes will remain.
By reading this forum I discovered that the trial had been removed and replaced with a version where certain HD items were removed due to premature release.
(I'm going to download the trial again and compare. Curious to see which version is now trial!)
I have official downloaded the full version on 02-06-06, related to the received link by ULEAD. I'm confused because costumers will get older version than discussed here.
Today I have send a e-mail to ULEAD with failure discription.
Netherless it's possible to get the .dll quickly per link or e-mail
