DVDMF 5 Vollversion - Problem with Store

If I provide with full version DVDMF5 a DVD with menus and store the project, afterwards the program closes and then appeals again, the settings to the menu are lost and I must make everything new. With DVDMF4 this went.

Merely the menu presentation gets lost after the new store. It is used always first in the gallery. All the other settings, music and slice are preserved

Maybe you can try to save your modified menu as a favorite in DVDMF?

Please follow the steps in http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic.php?t=8960 to report your problem so people can understand your issues well.

Also please let us know the DVDMF version you use via the product about box.

If you cannot write it in English then you can try German. I will see if I can translate it in Microsoft Word. However, in English is much better.

sorry for my english. I use Abacho translator. Now my Problem in german:

Nach dem Erstellen eines Projektes zur DVD Erstellung - Menüauswahl, Musikauswahl, speichere ich das Projekt. Wenn ich dann DVDMF geschlossen habe und wieder starte, ist meine Menüauswahl verloren. Es wird immer wieder das erste Menü aus der Galerie verwandt. Das ist auch so, wenn ich ein Favorit benutze.

Hi Danke,

Can you provide the build number of DVDMF 5? You can find it by selecting Preference->About Ulead DVD MovieFactory in DVDMF Launcher or select Settings and Options->About Ulead DVD MovieFactory in DVDMF main program.

My DVDMF 5 version is v5.0.0183.0 and it seems this issue does not happen.

Das Problem ist gelöst. Ulead Support hat mir eine neue DLL zugeschickt. Sie heißt "umfNormalEditTask.dll". Damit geht jetzt alles.

I had the same problem and got the same patched DLL from Ulead support - here is the link and instructions (provided by Ulead) for the benefit of others:

1. Download the DLL file from this link: [Deleted by admin. Please contact Ulead Technical Support for the link]

2. Save the file into this location to replace the old file. C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead DVD MovieFactory 5\Ulead DVD MovieFactory 5. You should select YES when prompted to overwrite an existing file for the changes to apply.

Note: This will only prevent the project saving error from happening. It will not recover the lost changes in your project. Thank you

As I know, the first official release for DVDMF 5 is v.5.0.0183.0, may I ask where did you get the 5.0.0024.0 version?

If it's a pirate version or a version for the press then I think it's possible the version wil have some bugs.

My version is v.5.0.0189.0. And I have the same problem. It doesn't save selected or edited menu for the project. Please fix.

I have the problem with reload of saved project. The Launcher is starting the load process and than the program crash. The same thing, if you want open a new project, import Video Studio files -> crash.
My SW version is. 5.0.0000.0.
Is this a problem with umfnormaledittask.dll to ?
The links for the *.dll does not work
