This software came with a WinTV-PVR-USB2 device I purchased. I am running MCE 2005 with rollup 2 update. I install the software and drivers for the WinTV device and everything is fine. I install MovieFactory from the WinTV CD and I start getting the following errors.
"Media Center receiver Service has encountered a problem." I click on error report and it shows
=======================================
"szAppName : ehrecvr.exe szAppVer : 5.1.2715.2773
szModName : CinemasterAudio.DLL szModVer : 2.8.6.1418 offset : 0000c07"
==========================================
I can remove Moviefactory and the error stops.
Any help would be appreciated as I cannot find my problem.
Thanks

The audio driver "CinemasterAudio.DLL" is conflicted with DVDMF, you might need to check if there is any updated version for this DLL.
Hope this helps.

cinemasteraudio.dll
Best I can tell this is part of Roxio which came with my Dell (LE Version of MyDVD, DLA, etc). The version of Roxio is up to date. I would hope Ulead has a work around because some of the Roxio functions I plan on using since they are not in Ulead.
I guess if I keep having issue I may need to find another video editor. Any additional info would be helpful.
Thanks

Hi,
This is usually caused by the unstable driver, not the software, and might still happen after you change the video editing software. Maybe you need to contact Roxio for help.
Sorry I cannot help much.
