I tried reinstalling using instructions from Win TV PVR and I get error message, htv = 10.
Anyone know what this means?

This error code means "WinTV Initialization Error"
either you don't have the correct Hauppage driver or you haven't installed the
DVD MovieFactory 4 Hauppauge devices support pack (Release Date: 2005/06/13 ) http://www.ulead.co.uk/tech/dmf/dmf_ftp.htm
There are various drivers for your Hauppauge TV card which enable your TV card to function with WinTV2000 but only certain drivers work with third party software (such as MovieFactory). I also had a problem finding a driver that enabled me to use VTPlus (Teletext)
Strangely enough I found an earlier driver achieved the best results, the newest drivers would not allow VtPlus to work.
