UDMF 3-0 problem with adding text,too big fle size!!

I made some project.I captured my VHS casette (1:20 total length) on standard play with UDMF 3.0.The file is 2.09GB in size.I wanted to add text qt the begining of file so I went on enhance video-->text-->added text list and then I added 3 lines of text with total of 6 words on it(red color,font size 21,arial,duration 3sec).But when I finish this the file was 5.21Gb in size so I can't burn in on DVD (text took obviously over 3GB in size).I assume it can't take 3GB of size or am I making some error?What do I need to do do be able to add text and burn file with text onto DVD???
