(Ok overall VS10 fantastic !)
So if you ..... SHARE, CREATE DISC then do your menu's.
Then after closing this window, and the program automatically saves - it seems that my current .VSP project is then added to the list of files to be used in menu creation !
So the next time I do CREATE DISC there is my project file added to the list of thumbnails on the 1st page of CREATE DISC and this then appears as a unwanted file in my menu !
Not a showstopper, since i just delete this file each time before burning - but I'm surprised, this happens.
Anyone else have this ?

Briefly the correct procedure is to create a DVD compliant MPEG2 file.
Then to clear your timeline use File | New to start a new project.
Go directly to the share tab and then Create Disc.
This will prevent the problems you have encountered.
