Hi,
I'm trying to install the Ulead Video Studio 10, and am getting the error
'Installer can not find Ulead Video Studio 10 Plus ESD on your machine. Please install Ulead Video Studio 10 Plus ESD first.' Now after paying for the download, what is this? Why is there a request for another program to be installed for the program I'm installing and have already purchased? Does anyone know how to handle this?
Thanks for any help.
Pam

Hi Redhairss, welcome to the forums..
It seems as though you are trying to install a content pack before installing the main program. I know there are at least 2 files in the ESD, maybe more. If you try to install one of the other files, without first running the main installer, yes it will error...
Just a thought...
