No Video In Player From Library

Hello

DVD Workshop 2 failed to play either NTSC or PAL videos when placed into the player from the library. This includes Videos preinstalled with DVD Workshop 2! The DVD setting was initially used for a projecct. Images from the Library work fine. How is this video problem resolved?

In the following picture are you attempting to play these clips from the thumbnails on the left or from the thumbnails at the bottom?

hi im haveing same thing happening to me i get my audio but no picture im trying to play it from the libary also tryed at the bottom still i only get audio please help already did the uninstall and install procedure been here two days now please help .....

please help im waiting another day then im taking this headache back to bestbuy i cant believe the support for this product their is none three days now and still no video just audio .....i tryed everything please help me playing tumbnails from the bottom... left and right and only get audio please help me would really be thankfull overhere trying to get my brothers graduation on dvd .....

Can you take a step back, deep breath and come back wth a clearer post of the problem you are experiencing.

List the file types you have imported, the project settings, what if any editing has been done etc etc...
