Load From Stream Error

Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem? I open Ulead and when it goes to the previous project, which has been deleted from the computer, it is trying to load the last clips made and gives me the message Load From Stream Error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program and can't get the error message to go away and can't find any reference to it in the help or online forums. I have DVD MovieFactory 3SE, VideoStudio 7SE DVD program.
