I have video studio 10 and was wondering can you upgrad to 10 plus for free or do you have to purchase the software all over again?

I suspect Ulead's strategy is to be competitive on price point with Pinnacle "Studio 10" and "Studio Plus 10". I can think of no other reason to offer such a stripped down package.
