There is no connection between firefox and firewire it would be like associating a block of cheese with a motor car.
I use firefox and like its tabs facility. There are one or two sites that dont work correctly with firefox but they are few and far between and you just revert to Internet Explorer when that happens.

A nice option to have, Firefox. Some say it's less vulnerable than Internet Explorer, but no browser is 100% safe and secure. Just make sure you have the latest version.
Add it to your Preview menu by clicking "File, Preferences..." in GA 5. Never hurts to see how other browsers play the gifs you make with GIF Animator 5.
