softwrap error on trial

I just downloaded and installed VS8. I get an error when trying to run saying that my C drive has to be a physical drive. My C drive is not a physical drive and can't be.
What can I do to try this out?

Care to explain? What IS your C: drive? What are your alternatives?

my C drive is a jumpdrive.

F is my physical. I don't have alternatives. That is just bad programming to assume everyone is gonna have a C drive.

I agree, but it's not Ulead's fault -- it is poor design on the part of the company that produced the SoftWrap trial system, and their decision making was driven by the large number of people that would rather spend hours trying to come up with a way to defeat the trial system than pay for the software.
