Bonus Pack for VS10

I have just purchased VS10 full version together with Photo Impact (downloadable version)

When I tried to install the bonus pack I get a message that I need MCE platform to install. What is this please??

MCE is Windows XP Media Center Edition. More details here..

I'm guessing the Bonus pack looks for this version of XP to install some components.

The link is in the e-mail you got when your purchase was confirmed.
I hope you didn't delete it...

Guess I can't use bonus pack as I don't have MCE compatible pc.

I wasn't aware of this when I bought VS10

There are other items in the Bonus Pack that you can use - WinDVD, Cool 3D SE, and a lot of audio, video, and image files. The MCE software is just a small part of the Bonus Pack.

I've found Cool C3D but not WIN DVD. The set up program for the whole pack won't install without MCE platform.

Where do I find Win DVD.

For me, when I purchased VS10+ last week, my Bonus Pack download was one large self-executable file. When I ran it, I had a menu come up with all of the choices to install. Most other users say the bonus downloads for them were two RAR files, so I can't say where the files are in that situation.

I only got a link for Bonus Pack 1 as a RAR file but not for pack 2. I am looking for WIN DVD but the set up won't work.

Any one have link for pack 2 please

sorry girly but if anyone posted a link to any of the content packs The Moderators would have to immediately remove it. The links are only available to customers who have purchased the software. If you have lost your email containing the link you need to contact customer services and provide proof of purchase.

Hi,
I have the same problem. I bought 2 days ago bundle Videostudio10+ en photoimpact11 and got a link for bonuspack 1 (128MB) but no link for bonus pack 2.

I contacted the Ulead support team and must upload receipt confirmation and purchase info. I hope this wil be soon settle.
