I'm in Cyprus (GMT+3).

From experience, I would guess that it should be available in about 6 hours from now (11.00 local time, 08.00 GMT), which will probably be quite late in the evening in Taiwan!

However, I won't download it today as the Ulead servers may well be overloaded.

It only took 30 seconds to download? I am on Verizon FIOS 15/2 fiber but 30 sec seems a little quick for a service pack! I think I will waite before install!

Check your file size, should be 10,228 KB.

10228/1024 =~9.98

When checking, use the kb, not the Mb value.
