Menu restarts when I move to the next button

Post by bjdddworz »

I am new to this program and am just working with the free trial so far. The one thing that I noticed on the DVD that I created was that when I am in the menu the audio that I have playing restarts when I switch buttons on the menu. I hope this is just my lack of knowledge about the program because this is the only problem I have come across so far. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

the menu audio will always restart whenever it is refreshed or changed (as far as DMF is concerned). Im not sure if there are any other programs that can create menus with 1 continuous background music.
Who? Me?

I have used Nero in the past and the music will not change until a button is selected. I can scroll through the buttons without any change to the music. Unfortunately, I like Uleads menu options alot more. If there isn't a way to fix this, then I mayjust cut out the audio

No wait, now that your question is more clearly stated, I see you are right.
It's not normal that the music stops when browsing the buttons.
It will only "restart" when you change menu page.

What is the length of your moving menu and what is the length of your audio clip? Do you use a standard template or one you did yourself?
How many buttons? Is that a title menu (movies) or a chapters menu?

It is not a moving menu. It is a photo with 3 buttons for 3 different movies. The song is 2 minutes 20s seconds long. It only restarts when I browse from button to button.

Which version of DMF is that?
What template did you use?
Is the song playing its' 2:20 length if you don't do anything?
