Failed to open DVD

Hi
for some reson I an having great difficulty in opening a dvd + disk. I then copied the contents of the dick on to a dvd - rw disk and I am still getting the same warning
Failed to open DVD
report id : 0x800408ff(2302)

Using DVDMovie factory 4.

i think you should contact Ulead tech support email. Im sure they have a fix for this error.
