Tie sound tracks to a timeline?

My problem is that I've got a bunch of tracks of sound in a project and if I insert a new video track BEFORE the sound tracks in the timeline, the video tracks all shift, but the sound tracks stay where they are. Is there a way to also make the sound tracks shift and stay tied to the video track?

I am afraid the answer is NO. one of the problems Ulead hasn't sorted out for us yet, BUT - if you have version 8 you can lock them together manually and then manually re-align them to your video again,
